Set out below are the terms on which SJ Dental & Facial Aesthetics provides services to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any consultations, dental treatments, or facial aesthetic procedures with SJ Dental & Facial Aesthetics.
Booking a consultation: – Should you need to cancel or reschedule your dental or aesthetic consultation, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment time to another patient.
We take a non-refundable deposit for all facial aesthetic treatments, dental procedures, and treatment courses. This includes but is not limited to anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and dental services. The deposit will be deducted from your final treatment cost. Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being retained.
SJ Dental & Facial Aesthetics does not offer refunds or partial refunds on deposits or unused treatments.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on +44 7356279998. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit.
A deposit may be required for all online bookings. Deposits are only refundable if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of booking, if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, or if the appointment is rearranged at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation. SJ Dental & Facial Aesthetics will aim to keep all appointments on time; however, delays may occasionally occur.
Prior to your appointment, we will provide instructions specific to your treatment, whether dental or aesthetic. Failure to follow pre-treatment guidelines may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Clients attending for treatments must not bring unattended children. If attending with a child, another adult must be present to supervise.

All bookings made online or by phone will receive confirmation via email or message. Appointment reminders may also be sent unless you opt out.

Injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are available only to clients aged 21 and above.
Skin treatments and general aesthetic procedures are available to clients aged 18 and above.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date. Your data is stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
After your treatment, you will receive aftercare instructions tailored to your specific procedure. Following these instructions is essential to achieve the best results.
Results from dental and aesthetic treatments may vary between individuals, and additional sessions may be required.

Clients must follow all professional advice and aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseen outcomes unless caused by negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by proven negligence.
